I'm drawn to projects that make products and systems more humane. As a product designer, design researcher, and service designer, I've worked for clients in both public and private sectors implementing quantitative and qualitative research methods to uncover insights to drive impactful solutions.
After earning a degree in Industrial Design at Iowa State University, I moved to Philadelphia to complete my M.S. in Design Research at Drexel University. While there, I refined my methology for solving problems through projects such as mitigating risk caused by medical assistant shortages, and circumventing student food insecurity. My graduate thesis on the addictive aspects of social media further refined my ability to analyze how technology interacts with human behavior, and vice versa.
As a Design Research Consultant at ZENDA, I applied my skills on a larger scale by collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to improve service operations and digital experiences. I’ve led research and design strategies across various industries, conducted in-depth research, and produced compelling data visualizations and process models to communicate findings and strategic recommendations.
As a Freelance Product Designer and Researcher, I designed a recovery-focused social platform and built a new website for a property management company. Most recently, I designed and delivered developer-ready screens and flows for a patient transfer call center software. Currently, I am managing the digital operations and targeted advertising for a Thailand island resort.
If you’re building something meaningful and need a thoughtful designer, researcher, or strategist, I'm happy to connect.
